Is my booking confirmed once I pay online?

No. Every online payment creates a provisional booking only. Our sales team reviews each booking and confirms it with you, usually within 24 hours. The final confirmation and allotment is always done by the team.

Is it safe to pay on this website?

Yes. Payments are processed by trusted, regulated payment partners (PayU, Razorpay, or Cashfree depending on the project). Flow Realty never sees or stores your card, UPI, or bank details.

What happens if I entered the wrong unit number or amount?

You are responsible for the unit number and amount you enter. If a payment was made with incorrect details, any eligible refund is processed after deducting the applicable payment transaction charges. Please double-check before paying.

How do refunds work?

If a payment fails or a provisional booking is not taken forward, any amount deducted is refunded to your original payment method. Refunds are made after deducting transaction charges and typically reflect within 5 to 7 working days, depending on your bank.

Who is the booking transaction between?

The transaction is between you (the customer) and the respective developer or builder. Flow Realty acts as the sales and technology facilitator for the booking and payment process.

Are all projects on Flow Realty RERA-registered?

We work with RERA-registered projects from established developers. Each project page lists its RERA number where applicable. If you need the RERA details for a specific project, our team will share them on request.

How can I become a channel partner with Flow Realty?

Visit our Channel Partner portal and register with your RERA, PAN, and Aadhaar details. Once our team approves your registration, you can start submitting leads and raising invoices directly from the portal.
